Angel Luis Mercado

Angel Luis Mercado, age 33, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017 in an Atlanta, Georgia Hospital. Angel was preceded in death by his father, Edwin Mercado. At the time of his death, he was working with Merrell Solutions. Angel loved adventure, horses but his passion was people. Angel served as the Youth Pastor for the Church of the Harvest where he was a member.Survivors include his wife, Courtney Davis Mercado of Cleveland, his daughters, Bailee and Skilar Mercado also of Cleveland, his mother, Miriam Mercado of Naples, Florida, his twin sister, Debra Mercado and his sister Anamarie Llorca and her husband Raul all of Naples, Florida, his brothers, Felix Mercado and his wife Melissa of Chatsworth, Georgia, Michael Acevedo of Naples and Jose Acevedo, his maternal grandparents, Dr. Cecil R. Guiles and Joyce Guiles, his paternal grandparents, Dr. James T. Davis all of Cleveland, his father and mother in law, Pastors Hank and Rhonda Davis of Cleveland, his sister in law, Christine Davis also of Cleveland, his caregivers from his early years, David and Connie Herring of Riceville and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.The Remembrance of Life Services will be conducted Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 5:00 P. M. from the Church of the Harvest with Pastors Hank Davis, Rhonda Davis, David Herring and Connie Herring officiating. Graveside Services and Interment will be conducted on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 11:00 A. M. from the Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 5:00 P. M. Sunday at the Church of the Harvest. The Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
