Brent was born on February 18, 1975, in Fort Worth, Texas and he was the son of Jerry L. and Lorraine Carroll Wooley of Cleveland. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, John and Ruth Carroll, his paternal grandparents, Jewell and Nettie Wooley and two uncles, Steve Carroll and Jim Wooley. Brent was a graduate of Lake Country Christian School in Fort Worth and he also graduated from Lee University in December, 1997 with a double major in Biological Science and English. He maintained a 4.0 grade point while at Lee. Brent was employed by the Underwood Law Library of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He attended the Assembly of God.Survivors include his wife, Amanda Tomasch Wooley of Lewisville, Texas, his parents, his brother, Derek Wooley of Cleveland, his uncles, Ron Wooley of Liberty, Mississippi and Bob Wooley of Clarksdale, Mississippi, his aunts, Sheila Carroll of West, Texas and Ramona Stephenson of Anguilla, Mississippi, his mother in law, Gay Tomasch and his sister in law, Jill Tomasch both of Lewisville, Texas.The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at 1:00 from the Westmore Church of God with Pastor Kelvin Page and Pastor Wendell Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with Herb Terry, Greg Johnson, DeWayne Vaught, Bill Hale, Ron Walk, Wayne Miolen, Mark Wickham and Derek Wooley serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 11:30 until 1:00 Thursday, May 29 at the Westmore Church of God.
