Carole Rodgers

Carole Rodgers, 75, of Cleveland, entered life June 6, 1941 and entered rest August 12, 2016. She was the daughter of the late, Mrs. Bernice Feagan Davies and Mr. Eric Davies. She is also preceded in death by her sister; Sybil Ronga and her brother; Eric Davies. She served for 25 years in the Personnel Management of Civil Service in Columbus and was named “Miss Air Force Base.” She was an avid reader and attended the Assembly of God church. Those left to remember her life are her husband, Arley Rodgers of Cleveland; her son, Jesse Rodgers and his wife Linnie of Columbus, MS; her daughters, Elaine Ashcraft and her husband Bruce of Huntsville, AL; Alison Raynavd of Cleveland; brothers, Raymond Silver and John Silver; sister, Karen Silver; four grandchildren, Bradley Ashcraft and his wife Stacy, Kristen Walker and her husband Andrew, Lauren Cook and her husband Jeremy and Derek Raynavd; 4 great-grandchildren, Jackson Ashcraft, Emerson Cook, McKinley Walker and Savannah Scruggs; and a nephew, Kenny Rodgers and his wife Becky. A Remembrance of Life Graveside Service will be held, in honor of Mrs. Rodgers, Monday, August 15, 2016 at 11:00AM, CDT, with Pastor David Thompson, of Morley Baptist Church, officiating, at the New Morley Cemetery in Morley, MO.
