Carolyn Sue Goins

Carolyn Sue Goins, age 62, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, November 6, 2017 in a local hospital. Carolyn was the daughter of the late Gussie Mae Cross Todd and James Edward Todd. Her husband, Ronnie Goins, her sister, Mary Ann Brown and her brother Johnny Todd also preceded her in death. Carolyn worked for a number of years at Collins Manufacturing and she managed the East Side Grill for a number of years. She loved to play Bingo and ride motorcycles. Carolyn attended the Maple Street Baptist Church.Survivors include her sisters, Mildred White and her husband Don of Old Fort, Sherry Ash and her husband Stanley of Cleveland, her brother, Tommy Murray Todd of Old Fort, her special niece, Shannon Guptill of Cleveland, several more nieces and nephews, her special friends, Jane Underwood and Connie Scotton both of Cleveland and her companion, Martin Bartee of Cleveland also survives.The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Friday, November 10, 2017 at 11:00 A. M. from the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel with Reverend Jackie Martin officiating. Interment will follow in the Fort Hill Cemetery with Steve Bigham, Dewayne Bigham, Thomas Scroggins, Joseph Blair, Jamie White and Shane Todd serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 P. M. Thursday at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
