Besides Carter’s parents he is also survived by his brothers Carson Stow and Dylan Blake Killian, maternal grandmother Kimberly Stow of Cleveland, paternal grandmother Christina Thompson of Cleveland, maternal great grandfather Theodore Hunt of Cleveland, paternal great grandparents Anike and John Buche of Washington D.C., paternal great grandmother Barbara Goins of Calhoun and several aunts and uncles.A Remembrance of Life graveside service will be held at 1pm Sunday at Bethel Springs Baptist Church cemetery with Rev.
