Dennis Lee McAlister

Dennis Lee McAlister age 68 a life-long resident of Cleveland passed away Wednesday January 4, 2016 in a local health care facility. He was the son of the late R.L. McAlister and Bonnie Louise Richey and was also preceded in death by a son Michael Fields, his granddaughter Alexandria Marie Cooper, his brothers Roy Ronald McAlister and Ralph McAlister and his sisters Joann Allen and Bertha Bell.Dennis was a mechanic and a all-around handy man. He was of the Baptist faith.Survivors include his daughters Angela McAlister, Stephanie Denney and Helen Ricker Bredwell, his nephews Heith Gaskill, Derrick Wagnor and Roy McAllister Jr. Also surviving are several grandchildren and great grandchildren and his special friends Charlie Martin and Minnie Jeffers.A Remembrance of Life Service will be held Saturday at 3 o'clock at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Ave. Chapel with Pastor Jimmy Dupree officiating. The interment will follow in the Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12 until 3pm at the funeral home.Read Obituary
