He was the son of the late Andy and Eana Mae Arp and was also preceded in death by his brothers John, Earl and Paul Arp. He was a member of Bellefounte Baptist Church.Survivors include his brothers Howard Arp of Cleveland, Ralph Arp and his wife Jan of Chickamauga GA., and Jerry Arp and his wife Pam of Charleston, his sister Joyce Moore of Cleveland and his aunt Dele Self of Maryville. Several nieces and nephews also survive.A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 11am Saturday at the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Brother Larry Scott officiating. The interment will follow in the Michigan Ave. Baptist church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5 until 8 at the funeral home.Read Obituary
