He was the son of the late Vernon and Edna Walker and was also preceded in death by his son Dewayne Walker and his sister Debbie McKee. He enjoyed watching his beagles run rabbit and Duck Dynasty. He was of the Baptist faith.Survivors include a loving friend and caregiver for 22 years Bea Barker and her daughter Penny Deputy and grandkids Cory Barker and Logan Deputy, his children Renee Walker, Timmy and Gregg Walker, Tika Walker and Penny Head, many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren, his brothers Ronnie Walker, George Walker, sisters Nancy Innis and her husband Tom, Phyllis Ogle and her husband Danny, several nieces and nephews.A Remembrance of Life service will be held 2pm Sunday at the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Pastor Gary Higgins officiating. Interment will follow in the Beaty Cemetery in Meigs County with Corney McCormick, Jr. Brown, Matthew Maynard, Jim Lane, Logan Deputy and Gregg Walker serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends Sunday from 10am until service time at the funeral home.Read Obituary
