Mr. Brown was the son of the late Elizabeth Lorene Meeker Brown and James Levy Brown. A younger brother and another brother, James Brown also preceded him in death. Mr. Brown was retired from the U. S. Army as a Master Sargent with 22 years of service. He enjoyed playing golf, carpentry work and he was a retired Master Plumber.Survivors include his longtime companion, Carol Accetta of Cleveland, his step daughter, Elizabeth Accetta and her fiancé Jesse Willhide of Maryland, his step grand daughter, Rachel Willhide also of Maryland, his sister, Patricia Luna and her husband Charles of Texas, his sister in law, Valerie DiBello of Cleveland, his nephew, Victor Bracero and his wife Elisa, his great nephew, Luke Bracero and his great nieces, Mia and Ava Bracero all of Cleveland also survive.The Remembrance of Life Memorial Service will be conducted Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 11:00 A. M. from the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Reverend Isaac Hicks officiating. Interment will take place at a later time in Arizona. The Wildwood Avenue Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes has charge of the arrangements.
