Jonnie Marie Ballew

Jonnie Ballew age 63 a resident of Old Fort passed away Monday November 16, 2015 in a Chattanooga hospital. She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Louise Waters Dills and was also preceded in death by her sisters Wanda Stafford and Dorothy Ballew and her brother Roy Dills. She was a member of the Ball Play Baptist Church.She is survived by her husband Gene Ballew, her sons Barry Ballew and his wife Lucie, Jody Ballew all of Old Fort, grandchildren Brittany, Logan, Brady and Mattyx Ballew, her sisters Margie Hicks and her husband Ralph of Cleveland, Joann Hayes and her husband Bobby of Chatsworth her brother Willie Dills and his wife Connie of Cleveland several nieces and nephews.A Remembrance of Life Service will be held at 1’oclock Thursday at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Ave. Chapel with Pastor Matthew Harris officiating. The interment will follow in the Ball Play Baptist Church Cemetery with Jody and Barry Ballew, Deno and Richie Talley, Tommy Ballew and Scotty Bowman serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends Thursday from 11am until service time at 1pm at the funeral home.Read Obituary
