Martha E. Jenkins

Martha Jenkins age 79 passed away Thursday September 9, 2017 in a local health care facility. She was the daughter of the late Bruce and Nettie McCarter Watson and was also preceded in death by her sisters Irene McFalls and Lola Mae Barker. Mrs. Jenkins was retired from Shaw industries with over 30 years of service. Survivors include her sons Bobby Jenkins and his wife Chasity of Ocoee, Ray Charles Allen and his long time companion Loretta Patterson of Cleveland, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, her sisters Louise Wilkins, Zettie McFalls both of Dalton, Betty Mercer of Old Fort, her brother J B Watson and several nieces and nephews. A Remembrance of Life Service will be held at 11am Monday at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Ave. Chapel with Rev. Lee Ingram officiating. The interment will follow at Earls Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5 until 8pm at the funeral home.Read Obituary
