She was the daughter of the late Walter and Elva Purcell and was also preceded in death by her first husband Arthur Eugene Melton and her second husband Steve Boven and her son Steven Melton. She was a member of Westmore Church of God.She is survived by her grandson Brian Melton and several nieces and nephews.A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 11 o’clock Wednesday at the North Ocoee St. Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Rev. Wendell Smith officiating. The interment will be held at 12:30 pm at the Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10 until 11 at the funeral home.Read Obituary
