Mike Davis

Mike Davis, age 57, a resident of Old Fort, passed away Sunday at the family residence. Mike was preceded in death by his father, Shannon Harold Davis. At the time of his death, Mike worked for Derby Industries as Receiving Supervisor with over 10 years of service. He was a huge Harley Davidson enthusiast and he enjoyed coin collecting. He enjoyed wood working and working in his grape and tomato gardens. He loved working on his farm and handling his cattle. Mike was known for his big heart and would help anyone who is in need!Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Kathy Davis of Old Fort, his daughters, Kristina "Krissy" Cate and her husband Scott of Chickamauga, Georgia, Amanda Long and her husband George of Benton, Tennessee, his son, Eric Jo Davis of Charleston, South Carolina, is grandchildren, Belle and Cole Cate and Aubrey Long, his mother, Nina Jo Davis, his sister, Sandy Davis, his brother, Bruce Davis all of Cleveland, his mother in law, Evelyn Haire also of Cleveland and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins also survive.The Remembrance of Life Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 4:00 until 8:00 P. M. from the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel.
