Patsy Louise Parks

Patsy L. Parks age 72 a resident of Cleveland passed away Sunday June 11, 2017 in a local health care facility. She was the daughter of the late Joe and Lula Mae Goode Towns and was also preceded in death by husband Howard Parks and her sister Sue White.Patsy was a member of Washington Ave. Baptist Church but attended Community Hall Church. She was very active with the church donating a lot of her time doing volunteer work. She was a caregiver and a loving devoted Christian.She is survived by her brother Glenn Towns and his wife Cathy of Charleston, her nieces Sherrie White and Jeri Moody, her nephews Michael White, Nathan Towns and Jason Towns. She is also survived by her brother in law Clyde White.A Remembrance of Life Service will be held at 2 o’clock Wednesday at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Ave. Chapel with Pastor Jason Butte and Pastor Jeannie Cissom officiating. The interment will follow in the Center Point Baptist Church cemetery in Charleston TN.The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 until 8pm at the funeral home.
