Robert Walter Taylor

Robert Taylor age 69 a resident of Cleveland passed away Thursday August 13, 2015 at the family residence. He was the son of the late Raught and Emma Dill Taylor and was also preceded in death by his brother Otis Taylor and his sister Nell Stevenson. He was retired from McKee Baking Company with over 25 years of service, he also at one time was owner and operator of Patty’s Country Kitchen for over 15 years. He was a member of the Archville Baptist Church. He loved to fish and love on his grandkids.Survivors include his wife Patty Taylor, his sons Robert Keith Taylor, Mitchell Craig Taylor, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, brothers Ernest Taylor and his wife Glenda, Jack Taylor and his wife Ann, Jim Taylor and his wife Julie, sisters Geneva Morrow, Pearl Morrow, Brenda Collins and her husband Johnny all of Cleveland. Several nieces and nephews and a very special friend Denise Taylor also survive.A Remembrance of Life service will be held Sunday at 2 o’clock at the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Rev. Isaac Hicks officiating. The interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 5 until 8pm at the funeral home.Read Obituary
