Mrs. Polly served as a family service officer with the Tennessee National Guard and also set on local emergency management committees in Hamilton County. She was a licensed EMT with Hwy 58 Fire Department.Survivors include her husband of 38 years James Polly of Cleveland, her daughters, Amber Cummings and her husband Shawn of Cleveland, Betty Renee Sneed and her husband Daniel of Trenton, Georgia, Brenda Kay Polly and Elizabeth Polly both of Cleveland. 12 grandchildren, her brothers, Crandel Haney and his wife Dee of Soddy Daisy, Ralph Haney and his wife Terrie of Rossville, David Haney and his wife Beverly of Cleveland and several nieces and nephews also survive.A Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 10:30 at the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes with LTC “C H” William Holland officiating. Interment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery at 12:30.The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5 until 8 at the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes who has charge of the arrangements.Read Obituary
