Tim Knowles

Tim Knowles, 55, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, was born April 20, 1960 and passed away August 18, 2015 at the family residence. He is preceded in death by his parents; Mabel Huggins Knowles and Jack Knowles, two sisters; Rose (Knowles) Crabtree, Kathy (Edwards) McCann, two brothers; Roy Edwards, Tony Edwards, special nephew; Daniel Dodd, his paternal and maternal grandparents. Tim enjoyed fishing and the outdoors, and loved to visit with friends and family. He was a hairstylist at Star Makers and attended the Baptist Church.Survivors include his sisters; Helen Williams and her husband Ray, Carolyn “Bobbie” Cross and her husband Boyd, brother; John Knowles, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and many close friends.A Remembrance of Life Service will be held Friday, August 21, 2015 at 1:00pm from the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral homes with Pastor Anthony Wynn officiating. Interment will follow at Hays Shed Cemetery with nephews; David Crabtree, Nathan McCann, Max McCann, Jr, Rob Dodd, Jeremy Dodd and Joshua Cross serving as casket bearers, with Jason Cross and Roy Edwards, Jr. serving as honorary casket bearers. A white dove release will conclude the Remembrance of Life Services. The family will receive friends tonight, Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm at the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes, who has charge of the arrangements.Read Obituary
