Viktor Tkachenko

Viktor Tkachenko, age 68, a resident of Ooltewah, passed away Saturday morning in a Chattanooga hospital. Viktor was the son of the late Kristina Romashuk Tkachenko and Nikita Tkachenko. Viktor drove a truck or a bus most of his life and he was a member of the Slavic Church in Ooltewah.Survivors include his wife, Nadezhda Tkachenko of Ooltewah, his son, Andrey Tkachenko and his wife Luvena of Chattanooga, his granddaughter, Julia Tkachenko, his grandson, Artem Tkachenko and his brothers, Alex Tkachenko and his wife Alla of Seattle, Washington and Evgeniy Tkachenko of Russia.The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 10:00 A. M. from the Slavic Church in Ooltewah with Pastor Aleksandr Lyashevskiy officiating. Interment will follow in the Lee Cemetery in McDonald. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7:00 until 9:00 P. M. at the Slavic Church. The Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
