Bill Beard

Bill Beard, age 78, a resident of Old Fort, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2019 at the family residence. Mr. Beard was born in Old Fort and he was the son of the late Pearl Hannah Beard and Clifford Beard. His wife, Louise Beard, his son, Richard Beard, his sisters, Jean Hines and Peggy White and his brother, Joe Beard also preceded him in death. Bill worked most of his life in Construction and he loved the outdoors including hunting and fishing. He was known for being a storyteller!Survivors include his daughter, Kathy Jenkins and her husband Danny of Cleveland, his granddaughter, Makayla Jenkins also of Cleveland, his sisters, Betty Fadroski and Brenda Maynard both of Old Fort and several nieces and nephews also survive.The Remembrance of Life Graveside Service and Interment will be conducted on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at 3:30 P. M. at the Boanerges Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Chad Maxwell and Reverend Robby Hatcher officiating. Family and Friends will serve as casket bearers. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 P. M. Sunday at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
