Carroll Eugene Ratcliff

Carroll Eugene Ratcliff age 88 passed away March 29, 2021. He was a life-long resident of the Old Fort community in Polk County and a member of the Cookson Creek Baptist Church. He was a self-employed Farmer and Logger working his entire life in that industry. He was a proud father and grandfather who will be sadly missed. He was preceded in death by an infant son Douglas Carroll Ratcliff, his parents Ernest and Susie Ratcliff. He is survived by his son Gary Ratcliff and his wife Teresa, Janice Wilson and her husband Wayne, Linda June Ross and her husband Lonnie, 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. A Remembrance of Life Service will be held Friday at 11am at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Ave. Chapel with Rev. Blaine Phillips and Rev. Ricky Woody officiating. The interment will follow at Ball Play Baptist Church Cemetery with Bobby Wilcoxon, Mike Wilcoxon, Danny Williams, Rev. Fred Rush, Mike Mackie and Wyatt James serving as casket bearers.
