Chester Newton Atchley Jr.

Chester N. Atchley Jr. 89, a resident of Cleveland went to be with his Lord and Savior Wednesday January 24, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was the son of the late Chester and Florence Everett Atchley and a lifetime member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of over 58 years Lillian Atchley, his sons Dwight (Theresa) of Oak Park, IL and Dewayne of McDonald, grandchildren Elizabeth, Lauren and William, all of Oak Park, IL and one sister Dorothy Pence of Lenoir City. Mr. Atchley was the 5th generation tending the family farm. He retired after 32 years at Combustion Engineering. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 3 from 1 until 4pm with Rev. Marvin Howard officiating a Remembrance of Life Service following at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services, North Ocoee St. Chapel.
