Cynthia A. Moore (1954-2022) was born in Houston Texas and her father called her his little Texas Rose. Cynthia loved traveling the country with her husband of forty years, Jack. They experienced life in several states and settled in Cleveland, Tennessee in 1986. She loved to spoil her children and grandchildren, playing piano, listening to country music, and hosting family get togethers. She was an amazing cook, talented artist, seamstress, and much more. Moreover, Cindy was a fighter. She fought a long courageous battle against cancer and succumbed in the early hours of Sunday, March 6, 2022, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Cynthia will be greatly missed by her family and friends, but we all will take comfort in knowing that she will always be our angel. Cynthia Moore was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Cynthia is survived by her husband, John “Jack” W. Moore, Jr., her daughter, Kimberly French and her husband Michael, her sons, Timothy Aday and his wife Katina, and Michael Aday and his wife Tifney all of Cleveland, Tennessee. She is also survived by her loving mother, Shirley Flores and her husband Joe of Birchwood Tennessee, her brother Rick Knight and his wife Stephanie of Crossroads, Texas, her sisters, Teresia Myers and her husband Greg of Yucaipa, California and Melissa Knight of Cleveland, Tennessee. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Caleb Aday, Tiffany Vail and husband Chandler, Jennifer Bright and boyfriend Gage Hatfield, Andrea Bright, Brylee Aday, Jonathan Aday and RaeLynn Aday, her great grandchildren Anabelle, Elijah, and Xavier and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Cynthia was proceeded in death by her father, Reverend Wallace Knight, and her brother, Kenneth Knight. Private Family Services will be conducted at a later time with the location to be disclosed. The family requests that donations be made in Cynthia’s memory to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers. Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee St. Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
