Earnest Craven Fisher age 82 a resident of Cleveland passed away Sunday March 29, 2020 at the family residence. He was the son of the late Leonard and Gussie Mae Fisher and was also preceded in death by his sisters Irene Boring and Dorothy L. Stokes and his brother Lloyd Fisher. Mr. Fisher was retired from Bowater with over 30 of service and he attended Mt. Olive Church of God and more recently Georgetown Church of God. He loved to work in his yard. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Louise Fisher, his sons Ernest “Mike” Fisher and his wife Connie, Bobby Fisher and David Fisher, his daughter Cathy D. Elliott, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, his sister Lorane Duran along with several nieces and nephews. The family will have a private graveside service at Mt. Olive Cemetery with Rev. James Hughes and Rev. Paul Bowman officiating along with family and friends serving as casket bearers. A Remembrance of Life Service will be held at a later date, with time and date announced. Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services has charge of the arrangements.
