Frances Brown Kaylor, age 86, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2020 in a Rhea County hospital. Mrs. Kaylor was born in Haysville, North Carolina and she was the daughter of the late Elvie Margie Teems Brown and John Edward Brown. Her husband, Jonathon Kaylor and her sister, Edna Gunter also preceded her in death. Mrs. Kaylor was retired from the Bendix Corporation with over 26 years of service. She enjoyed Crocheting, traveling but most of all she loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Kaylor was a member of the Central Church of Christ.Survivors include her sons, Donald Edward "Eddie" Swafford of Cleveland, George Daniel "Danny" Swafford and his wife Gayle of Neunan, Georgia, her grandchildren, Donald Edward Swafford Jr., Brandi Leigh Stephens, Riley Jase Swafford, Danielle Nicole Gravley and her husband Morgan and Hailey Elizabeth Hazelton and her husband Phillip, her 6 great grandchildren, her sisters, Lucille Ownby, Opal Knight and her husband Sheridan all of Cleveland, Margie Brown of Athens, Tennessee, her brother, J. E. Brown of Aiken, South Carolina and several nieces and nephews also survive.The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 3:00 P. M. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel with Dr. Alan Henderson officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 P. M. Monday at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
