Garland Robert Pogue Jr. age 69 a resident of Cleveland passed away Monday July 2, 2018 in a local health care facility. He was the son of the late Garland Robert Pogue Sr. and Imogene Westmoreland Pogue and was also preceded in death by his wife Brenda Gail Pogue his sisters Bobbie Lawhorn and Mertice Ann Pogue. Garland worked for the Coke company for 20 plus years and retired from Mohawk industries in Dalton. He was an avid fan of the television show Castle. He is survived by his son Greg Pogue and his wife Edith, his daughter Michelle and her long-time companion Andrew Murphy, 2 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and his caregiver Christine Schudel. A Remembrance of Life service will be held graveside at Roane Memorial Gardens in Rockwood TN. with Trevor Jones speaking at the service.Read Obituary
