Helen Willis

Helen Willis, age 87, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at the family residence. Mrs. Willis was born in Cleveland and she was the daughter of the late Katie Mae Groves Sneed and Reverend M. L. Sneed. Her first husband, Donald R. Pike, her grandsons, Adam Miles Willis, Zack Willis, her daughter in law, Sherry Pike and her brothers, Edward and Gerald Sneed also preceded her in death. Mrs. Willis was retired from Goody's Clothing Store with over 15 years of service. She loved to sing Gospel Music and along with her husband Bobby, they sang on the radio for 25 years. Mrs. Willis was a faithful member of the Hampton Drive Baptist Church where she played the piano for a number of years.Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Bobby Willis of Cleveland, her sons, Donald Kenny Pike, Keith Pike and his wife Teresa, Greg Willis and his wife Vicky all of Cleveland, Timothy Willis and his wife Missy and Clayton Willis and his wife Sherri all of Lenoir City, Tennessee, her 10 grandchildren, her 13 great grandchildren, her brother, Donald Sneed of Louisville, Kentucky and several nieces and nephews also survive.The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at 3:00 P. M. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel with Reverend Lee Ingram and Reverend Tracy Fansler officiating. Interment will follow in the Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Aaron Brown, Dusty Thompson, Donald Pike, Corey Dixon, Sean Dixon Zech Pike, Mike Hodge and Matthew Dodson serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 P. M. Sunday at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
