Jack Kirksey

Jack Kirksey, age 75, a resident of Ocoee, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, October 12, 2019 in a Copper Basin health care facility. Mr. Kirksey was the son of the late Mary Ellen West Kirksey and Walter Columbus Kirksey. His sisters, Betty Crowe and Barbara Hodge, his brothers, David, Bob and Louie Kirksey and his girlfriend of 38 years, Beulah "Turkey" McKinney also preceded him in death. Mr. Kirksey worked at Dixie Yarn for 20 years. He also owned and operated Triple J Logging for more than 15 years. He loved old country music and looking at beautiful scenery. Jack was of the Christian faith.Survivors include his brother, Eddie Kirksey and his wife Janice of Ocoee and several nieces and nephews also survive.The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 4:00 P. M. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel with Pastor Jerry Herron officiating. Interment will follow in the Fort Hill Cemetery with family and friends serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 P. M.
