Jennifer Waters

Jennifer Waters, 41, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 at the family residence. She was born in Caribou, Main and she was preceded in death by her mother, Diane Burns Creagan, maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather, Wayne Creagan. Jennifer enjoyed crafts, puzzle books and the outdoors including fishing. Most of all, she enjoyed being with her grandson who brought her a lot of Joy. Jennifer was a Christian.Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Rick Waters of Cleveland, daughters, Jessica Hillard, Victoria Waters both of Cleveland, grandson, Emmett Hillard, father, Larry Creagan (Linda), Cleveland, sister, Elizabeth Sanders (Rod), Iowa, brothers, Jeff Creagan, California, Jason Creagan, Georgia, grandmother, Barbara Creagan, Cleveland, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.The Remembrance of Life Memorial Service will be conducted on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 5 P.
