Julian Edward Dixon

Julian Edward Dixon, age 89 years old, passed on December 16, 2020 in Cleveland, TN. A graveside service will be held at Michigan Avenue Baptist Church Cemetery on Monday December 21, 2020 at 1pm.Mr. Dixon was the son of Cynthia Elizabeth Beard Dixon and James “EM” Dixon both of Cleveland, TN. He was the brother of the late James W Dixon, the late Doris D. Goza, Virginia “Honey” D Climer, the late Noreba D Howell, the late Mickey D Wooten, Audrey E Dixon, C Wayne Dixon, Sandra D Gray, the late Patricia A Dixon and the late George Dixon.Mr. Dixon and the late Eva Mae Dodson Dixon leave behind one son, Anthony Dixon of Cleveland, TN. Mr. Dixon and the late Frankie Lee Moore leave behind Peggy D & Gary Norris, Steve & Jo Dixon, Chris D and Mitch Long, the late Barry Dixon and the late Alice Marie Dixon. As well as Grandchildren ~ Shelley Norris, Chipper Norris, Rusty Norris, Zac Dixon, Denny Frye, the late Matt Long and Jonathan Long. As well as many Great-Grandchildren.Mr. Dixon was an accomplished Bricklayer. He and his brother, James W Dixon, ran the auto body repair business Dixon's Body Shop on Benton Pike successfully for several decades. He loved the outdoors especially on hot days. He will resume his favorite past time, spending time with Eva, in heaven.Read Obituary
