Kathryn Henry

Kathryn Henry, age 88, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018 in a local hospital. Mrs. Henry was the daughter of the late Lulu Smith Vogel and Harry Vogel. Mrs. Henry worked most of her life in retail sales. She retired from the Wanamaker's Department Store in Allentown, Pennsylvania after many years of service. She was very active in her church including working in the Children's Ministry, Deaf Ministry and singing in the choir. She loved to study in her bible and she was a member of the North Cleveland Church of God.Survivors include her husband, Richard Henry of Cleveland, her daughters, Sharon Maloney and her husband Reverend Mitch Maloney also of Cleveland, Donna Adkins and her husband Timothy Adkins of Chesterfield, Virginia, her grandchildren, Brent Maloney and his wife Lindsey, Brandon and Jonathan Maloney, Jaime Burlock and her husband Keith and Joel Handwerk, her great grandchildren, Elliana Grace Maloney, Brayden Jeremiah Maloney, Adaline Rose Maloney, Emily Burlock and Sydney Burlock, her sister, Leila Becker and her husband Jack of Allentown, Pennsylvania and several nieces and nephews also survive.The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 1:00 P. M. from the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel with Reverend Mitch Maloney officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends from 11:00 until 1:00 on Saturday at the Jim Rush Funeral Homes North Ocoee Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
