Lynda Ann Poteet

Lynda Ann Poteet, age 73, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2020 in a Nashville hospital. Lynda was born in Cleveland and she was the daughter of the late Melanie Jones Stoops and Robert Stoops. Her brother, Danny Stoops also preceded her in death. Lynda worked most of her life in Security. She worked for McKee Baking Company in Security for 22 years. She loved the outdoors including working in her yard and flower garden. When she was younger she enjoyed working in her vegetable garden. Lynda attended the Christ Way Church in Ooltewah.Survivors include her son, David Poteet and his wife Kelly of Cleveland, her daughter, Sharon Wilson of Bowling Green, Kentucky and extended family also survives.There will be no services at this time.
