Mary Miller

Mary Miller, age 80, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday morning at the family residence. Mary was born in Ozark, Alabama and she was the daughter of the late Jewell Moore Padgett and Huey Ralph Tyson. Her husband, Fred Raymond Miller and her sister, Elsie Bloodsworth also preceded her in death. Mary was a L. P. N., (Licensed Practical Nurse) and she worked for several nursing homes including, Life Care in Cleveland, Bradley Health Care and Rehab Center and Royal Care Nursing Home (Signature) where she retired from. She had a total of over 25 years in health care She loved being with her grandchildren and going to church. Mary attended the Church of God.Survivors include her daughter, Tammy Black and her husband Todd, her sons, Rick Miller and his wife CindyTerry Miller all of Cleveland, her grandchildren, Trent Miller and his wife Cheryl, Tanner Miller, Ashley Welch and her husband Daniel, Ricky Miller Jr. and his wife Kristen, Ryan Miller and his wife Lila, her great grandchildren, Willow Miller, Charlie Skye Miller, Waylon Miller and Elliott Miller, her sister, Jenelle Wright of Columbus, Georgia, her brother, James Tyson and his wife Joyce of Dothan, Alabama and several nieces and nephews also survive.The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 2:00 P. M. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel with Reverend Dusty Caldwell officiating. Interment will follow in the Cookson Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with family and friends serving as casket bearers. A Dove release will conclude the service. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 P. M. Monday at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
