Perry Dale Walker

Perry Dale Walker, 63, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2023, at his home. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Leo Walker; brother in law, Tim Pierce; and a close family friend, Linda Hallmark. Perry was retired from Telecable/Charter as a Technical Operations Manager with 21 years of service. After his retirement he went to work for Amazon. While at Amazon he went to school and got his CDL license. After working at Amazon for 5 years he went to work for Total Transport as a truck driver. He drove for them for over 5 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Cindy Walker; children, Jonathan Walker (Hannah), Perry Dale Walker, Stephanie Walker, Brittany Walker (fiancé Derrick Litton); 12 grandchildren; his mother, Carolyn Walker; brothers, Tom Walker (Phaedra), Joe Walker (Gina) and Larry Walker II; his sister, Lisa Thompson; and nieces and nephews. A Remembrance of Life Service will be held Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 2 pm at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Street Chapel with Reverend Chris Nixon officiating. The interment will follow at Red Hill Methodist Church Cemetery with Jonathan Walker, Perry Dale Walker, Bryson O’Harra, Joe Walker, Tom Walker and Derrick Litton serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 until 8 pm at the funeral home. The Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Street Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
