Jeanne and family I was in the class of 1954 and in the band with Dick. It was there that we developed a friendship. I admired his strength of character, his musical ability and especially his constant fun humor. I had the good fortune to refresh the relationship at our 50th reunion. I will treasure those memories often. Jack Farmer

It was a great pleasure for me to work with Richard at the Sheriff’s Office. Richard was a very caring and empathetic person. He managed to go one step further in his duties and was admired by those persons we visited. He was thoughtful and respectful and I am a better person for knowing him. My prayers are with his family during this trying time.

We absolutely adore Dick and Jeanne Hagar. Our hearts are crushed, but we know Dick is celebrating with the Lord, joining that heavenly choir, and that eternally we will enjoy celebrating Jesus with Dick and Jeanne. God bless all his precious family.

I was fortunate to become acquainted with Dick when I worked with him at the funeral home. I remember he always had a smile and positive things to say. I am sorry for the family and friends loss, and our prayers are for God's comfort. Rebecca Palmer

Dear Hagar Family,

It was a privilege and honor to know all of you, and with our utmost respect Kristine and I send our condolences regarding the passing of Mr. Hagar.

I have such good and happy memories everytime we were blessed to spend time together. Johnny is one of my best friends every, and its obvious that John got his kind and generous personality from mom and dad. While Dick will be missed, spending time with John in the future will allow Dick's kindness, happy nature and positive outlook on life live on for many years to come.

God bless and Gods Speed.

Love Robert and Kristine Hedrick.

Dear Jeanne and family,

It is an honor to have sang in choir with Dick and an unforgettable pleasure to have you two in my home for an LT Dinner. I was amazed as he shared his Nasa journey with me and the other guest.

Upon my arrival to choir he would always give me a thumbs up and chat for a bit. I will miss his joy, the way he worshipped and his beautiful smile. Blessings on you and your precious family.

Love,
Barbara Smith
