Shirley Mae Stevenson

Shirley Mae Stevenson, 85 a resident of Cleveland passed away Sunday July 18, 2021 in a local hospital. She was the daughter of the late John and Catherine Wallace Cavett and was also preceded in death by her husband Jim Stanley Stevenson. She was a former CNA at Bradley Nursing Home with over 36 years of dedicated service. She was of the Baptist faith.She is survived by her son Mitchell S. Stevenson and his companion of many years Millie Coleman along with her family, daughter Cathey Swafford, grandchildren Joshua Stevenson and Amanda Carter (D. Scott) great grandchild Jaxson Carter and Shirley’s sister Evelyn Fowler.A Remembrance of Life Service will be held Wednesday at 5pm at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Ave. Chapel with Pastor Mark Cameron officiating. The interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 3 until 5pm at the funeral home.Read Obituary
