Stephen Roy "Tojo" Harden Jr., 44, a resident of McDonald, passed away Saturday afternoon in a local hospital. Tojo, as he was affectionately called, worked as a carpenter most of his life including brick masonry. He worked for Peyton's with 7 years of service. Tojo was a huge NASCAR fan and he loved music and fishing. He was full of life and he loved to laugh. He attended the Church of God.Survivors include his mother, Sue Hudson (David) of McDonald, father, Stephen R. Harden Sr. of Benton, sister, Evan Ledford (Shawn) of Delano, brother, Henry Harden, Benton, niece, Bre Osborne, nephews, Dyllan Osborne, Colton Goins (Hanna) and Timothy Harden, great nephews, Zayden, Malachi and Korbin Goins, several aunts, uncles and cousins.The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 11 A.M. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel with Reverend John Cain officiating. Interment will follow in the Lee Cemetery in McDonald with Mark Davis, Randall Gray II, Dyllan Osborne, Xavier Despont, Colton Goins, Thomas Pilgrim and Shawn Ledford serving as casket bearers. Patrick Flanigan will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5-8 P. M. Tuesday at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
