Violet Iris Coward

Violet Iris Coward age 94 passed away May 11, 2019 in a local health care facility. She was born in Pressman’s Home Tennessee to the late Will and bobby Trent. She was the oldest of 6 children. Violet was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years Glenn S. Coward her daughter Janet Lynn Coward, one brother William Guy Trent of Rogersville Tn., and her sister Pat Russell of Charlotte NC. She lived a long and full life and will be missed by her family and all that knew her. She is survived by her son Russell Coward and his wife Golda, grandson David Russell Coward, her great grandsons Ethan and Carter Coward, her brothers Doyle Trent and his wife Cora of Kingsport TN., her youngest brother Larry J. Trent and his wife Carol of Rogersville TN., her sister Mary Ruth Ferrell and her husband Waymon of Kingsport along with several nieces and nephews. A Remembrance of Life Service will be held graveside with a small private family ceremony at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Dr. Jay McCluskey officiating.
