Wildon Julian Carroll

Wildon Julian Carroll, 86, passed away Monday July 12, 2021 in a local health care facility. He was the son of the late Dewey and Froney Davis Carroll and was also preceded in death by his siblings: Billie Aaron, Eunavee Vollmar, Pauline Johnson and Harold Gibson. Mr. Carroll was retired from the City of Cleveland as a surveyor. He was very active in local youth sports coaching Dixie Youth Baseball and was an avid golfer. However, his favorite pastime was spending time with his grandchildren. He was of the Baptist faith and a veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years Marie Carroll; son Brian Carroll and his wife Jill, daughters: Rachel Carroll, Lori Simmons and her husband Jim, Kim Teague and her husband Daw Lee, brothers: Willard Carroll, Randall Gibson and Kenneth Gibson; sisters: Marilyn Pippen and Joyce Cardwell; grandchildren: Sara, Amanda, Matthew, John and Hunter along with several nieces and nephews. The family will have a private service for Mr. Carroll at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee St. Chapel with the interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens.Read Obituary
