Dear Gilmer family I am so sorry for your lost.I just found out today about my dearest friend passing.my heart is very sad.I loved her like my mother.her and sister Joyce brother Kendrick.Barbara nom and dad have always been very special to me.I love all of you.some of you I have never met.but I feel like I know you all.that is call sister Barbara talked about when I would go over to clean her house.she loved her family so much.I will always miss the fun things we did and talked about.I am praying for all of you .and if you need anything.just call me.Joyce should have my number.or message me on Facebook.love you all.
I remember years ago when I worked at Headquarters and was so sick that I could hardly hold my head up. I had ask Barbara (Bobbie) to let me stay in this huge file room that had carpet on the floor during my lunch and to wake me up after lunch so I could clock in and go back to work. Well, Joyce Kendrick was in on it too and they felt so sorry for me that they let me stay in there a little longer. When I finally woke up and saw the time I was so afraid that Joyce's husband, who was my then boss and very strict, was going to fire me but her and Bobbie had taken care of that too. I was safe.
Bobbie was a super special person, great christian, sweet, kind and a dear friend to me. Joyce is really special too.
My condolences. Barbara became a friend of mine at Signature when I was their visiting with my wife. She always greeted me with a smile. I had some very pleasant chats with her and she would tell me about her family. I remember her playing the piano for myself and my sister and brother in law one day when they were their visiting. She was a wonderful lady and I know from talking to her she loved Jesus. Randy Brock
