Benny S. Reed

Benny S. Reed, age 57, a resident of Cleveland, passed away early Wednesday morning, November 28, 2018 at the family residence. Benny was the son of the late Emma Melo Carver Reed and Leonard Charles Reed. His brothers, John M. Morrison and Sammy L. Reed and his brother in law, Allen Dale also preceded him in death. Benny was employed with United Knitting/Polartek with 18 years of service. He was known to be able to do anything he set his mind to! He loved to fish and being with his family. Benny was a Christian.Survivors include his companion for 18 years, Elizabeth Zanoska of Cleveland, his sister, Wanda Dale, his brother, Robert "R. B." Morrison and his companion, Barbara Mitchell all of Cleveland, his companions sons, Troy Hammonds and Brian Zanoska, his companions grandchildren who loved him like a grandfather, Daysia and Blaine Zanoska and several cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews also survive.The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 3:00 P. M. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel with Chaplain Mike Justice officiating. Interment will follow in the Moores Chapel Cemetery with Matt Tipton, David Howard, Charles Dale, Danny Morrison, Patrick Morrison, Danny Carver and Troy Hammonds serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P. M. Friday at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
