Rickey Dale Evans

Rickey Dale Evans, age 68, a resident of Ocoee, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2019 in a Etowah, Tennessee Health Care Facility. Rickey was born in Detroit, Michigan and he was the son of the late Billie Marie Wright Evans and Luther Charles "Jack" Evans. His sister, Linda Mae Qualls and his nephew, Bo Martin also preceded him in death. Rickey was a U. S. Army Veteran serving in Vietnam. Early on, he worked for Duggan Construction. He also enjoyed working his cattle, trading cars and Scrape Ironing. Rickey was a Christian!Survivors include his sisters, Carolyn Farmer and her husband Dale of Ocoee, Janice Martin and her husband Sonny of Benton, his brother, Larry Charles Evans of Cleveland, his nieces, Natasha Gray and Shawna Farmer, his nephews, Billy Evans and Brandon Farmer, his great nieces, Amber Cash and her husband Johnny and Ashley Bagby, his several other great nieces and nephews, his ex wife and friend, Lynda Evans Denham of Cleveland, his step children, Jim Giles and his wife Joy, Brian Thompson, Rosie Shope and her husband Ryan and Melissa Lane and her husband Scott also survive.The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at 4:00 P. M. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 P. M. on Sunday at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
